Terms of Use for Nice CV - Resume Maker AI

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Nice CV - Resume Maker AI ("the App"), operated by Elizeus Chrabrov. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-supported devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA (App Store Terms).

2. Subscriptions

• The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Subscription") providing access to premium features.
• Price and duration are shown at the point of purchase before you subscribe.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Your Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for unused time.
• Free trial (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• All billing is handled by Apple. We do not have access to or store your payment details.

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of the resume content you create in the App.
• By using the AI content generation feature, you acknowledge that the text you submit is sent to a third-party AI provider for processing solely to generate content on your behalf.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your resume.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated suggestions are provided "as is" for assistance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated text before use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Submit content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

All App design, code, and branding are owned by Elizeus Chrabrov. This does not include the resume content you create, which remains yours.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any resume created will result in employment outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elizeus Chrabrov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.
